- 1 cup Mango Lowfat Kefir
- 2 cups mango chunks, frozen
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- Pinch sea salt
- Mint leaves
- Add kefir, frozen mango, bananas, lime juice, cardamom, and salt to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a quart-sized tupperware container and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with mint.
