- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 avocado
- 2 Eggs - boiled
- Arugula
- Cyan Pepper
- Black sesame seeds
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Toast your bread to your liking
- Boil your egg to your liking
- On your toast, spread farmer cheese, and mashed avocado and arugula.
- Squirt juice of lemon over mashed avocado. Add your egg to the side top all with salt, pepper, cyan, and black sesame seeds and enjoy.
