Directions

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together oil, kefir, vanilla, and sugar together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together four, baking powder, and salt. Pour the small bowl of wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in fresh berries.
  4. Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the iron's instructions.
  5. Top cooked waffles with fresh berries, and a drizzle of your favorite maple syrup.
