Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Lifeway Farmer Cheese, and salt until fully combined.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-low and melt the Lifeway Kefir Butter. Pour in the egg mixture and stir continuously with a spatula, scraping the bottom and sides as the eggs begin to thicken.
  3. Continue stirring gently until the eggs are just cooked through but still glossy and silky. Remove from heat immediately.
  4. Divide the eggs between two bowls. Top each with mashed avocado, everything bagel seasoning, and chives. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
