- 2 cups frozen dark sweet cherries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups Lowfat Vanilla Kefir
- or Lowfat Cherry Kefir
- 1 tsp. natural cherry jam/preserves
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract (almond extract pairs well with cherries)
- optional: 1 tbsp. raw agave or honey for additional sweetness
Directions
- Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on low, then increase to high speed until fully blended.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
