- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips (we used dark chocolate chips) - cool for 15 minutes before using
- 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
- 1 sliced banana
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 2 slices of (gluten free) sourdough bread
Directions
- In a food processor, blend together farmer cheese and melted chocolate chips until smooth and creamy.
- Toast sourdough bread. Top with farmer cheese spread, sliced bananas and strawberries, and pistachios.
