- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 4 tbsp. Farmer Cheese
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsp. finely chopped pistachios
- Flaky sea salt
Directions
- Line a tray or cutting board with parchment paper and set aside.
- Fill each date with 1 tsp. of farmer cheese and place on the parchment paper.
- Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave in 20-second increments, mixing in between, until melted.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each date, then immediately garnish with chopped pistachios and a bit of flaky sea salt.
- Place the dates in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that the chocolate can set prior to enjoying.
