Directions

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender in the order listed, then blend on low and progress to high until thick and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

    Notes

  • To make this thicker, use frozen carrots and be sure to use frozen mango instead of fresh mango. Adding 1/2 a frozen banana will also make it thicker and sweeter, or you can just add ice cubes, too.
