Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Chop the sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes and place in a bowl. Sprinkle in black pepper, red pepper flakes, and the garlic and onion powder. Drizzle in 2 tbsp. olive oil and toss it all to combine.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes onto the lined pan with the onion slices (spread over the top of the potatoes or mixed in), and bake for 30-35 minutes until the onions have charred lightly and the potatoes are cooked (fork tender).
  4. Remove the pan from the oven once done, and set aside.
  5. Smooth 1/2 cup Lifeway Farmer Cheese onto 4 plates, smoothing out evenly. Top with the sweet potatoes, add the chili crisp seasoning, additional black pepper, freshly sliced scallions, and olive oil for drizzling. Serve and enjoy!
