- 1 1/2 cups Lowfat Plain Kefir
- *Or for a richer flavor, try our whole milk plain kefir varieties!
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- optional: 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries for additional color or flavor
- Garnishes: cinnamon sticks and additional cranberries
Directions
- Add all the ingredients (except the garnishes) in the order listed to a blender. Blend on low to start, the progress to high until thick and creamy.
- Pour into 1-2 glasses, and top with fresh cinnamon sticks and additional cranberries. Sip and enjoy!
