- 1/2 cup rolled oats, use gluten-free if needed
- 1 cup Lowfat Strawberry Kefir
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 a banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Optional topping: granola of choice, nuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, etc.
Directions
- Mix the oats, Strawberry Lifeway Kefir, and chia seeds up in a bowl, then scoop into a mason jar or glass container.
- Set in the fridge overnight to set (or at least 6 hours).
- Remove the next day, and add fresh strawberry and banana slices along with any toppings you prefer (granola of choice, nuts, unsweetened coconut, etc.)
- You can multiply this recipe to make as many days ahead as you prefer, but we suggest only making 3-4 days worth at a time to maintain the best texture with the oats.
- Feel free to swap out the flavor of Lifeway Kefir and the different fruits to create multiple flavor options!
