Upgrade your regular overnight oats recipe with Strawberry Lifeway Kefir to treat your taste buds and nurture your gut health. Directions

  1. Mix the oats, Strawberry Lifeway Kefir, and chia seeds up in a bowl, then scoop into a mason jar or glass container.
  2. Set in the fridge overnight to set (or at least 6 hours).
  3. Remove the next day, and add fresh strawberry and banana slices along with any toppings you prefer (granola of choice, nuts, unsweetened coconut, etc.)

    Notes

  • You can multiply this recipe to make as many days ahead as you prefer, but we suggest only making 3-4 days worth at a time to maintain the best texture with the oats.
  • Feel free to swap out the flavor of Lifeway Kefir and the different fruits to create multiple flavor options!
