- 2 cantaloupes, chopped and seeds removed (save the outer shells)
- 3 cups Coconut Honey Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 tbsp. honey (or maple syrup to make it vegan)
- pinch of ginger
- 2 cups frozen mango
- Optional garnishes: fresh berries, sliced bananas or kiwi, and/or shredded coconut or fresh mint
Directions
- Add the chopped cantaloupe and the rest of the ingredients to a blender, then blend completely until a sorbet-like consistency is reached.
- Pour smoothie mix into the outer shells of the cantaloupe saved from chopping, then top with any fruits you like, such as fresh berries, sliced bananas, or kiwi. You can also add coconut or fresh mint as a garnish, or whatever else you enjoy.
