Recipe:
1 cup baby spinach
½ cup cucumber, diced
½ avocado halved, pitted, and peeled
¼ cup fresh blueberries
1 cup @lifewaykefir plain whole milk kefir
¼ cup mint leaves
1 tsp coconut sugar
Blend until smooth and you are good to go!
