Pink Layer:
- 2 cups Lifeway Strawberry Lowfat Kefir
- 2 cups strawberries
- Ice, as needed
- Coconut flakes, to top
Directions
- Add the blueberries and blueberry kefir into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glass.
- Add the strawberries and strawberry kefir into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Layer on top of the blue layer.
- Top with coconut flakes.
- If the smoothie isn't thick enough, add ice gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
