Directions

  1. Add kefir, frozen mango, bananas, vanilla, and cardamom to a blender, then blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into a quart-sized tupperware container and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.
  3. Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with mint.
