- 1 cup Lowfat Mango Kefir
- 2 cups mango chunks, frozen
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- Mint leaves
Directions
- Add kefir, frozen mango, bananas, vanilla, and cardamom to a blender, then blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a quart-sized tupperware container and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with mint.
