- 2 pieces of gluten-free bread (or sourdough)
- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or use frozen, thawed berries)
- 2 tbsp. raw almond butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- optional: pinch of sea salt
- Other toppings: a sprinkle of sliced almonds and/or raw cacao nibs
Directions
- Toast your bread, then spread 1/4 cup Lifeway Farmer Cheese on top of each piece.
- Place the raspberries on top. If using frozen raspberries, thaw the berries for 10 minutes on the counter first, or warm them up in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.
- Drizzle the almond butter on top of each piece. As another option, you can mix the farmer cheese and almond butter together before spreading them onto your toast at the same time before placing the raspberries on top.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of melted dark chocolate chips on top of each piece of toast. Add a sprinkle of sea salt, if using.
- You can also add a little sprinkle of sliced or slivered almonds and some raw cacao nibs for a nice crunch, if desired. If not, enjoy as is!
