Our all natural kefir and handcrafted cheese are blended with pumpkin purée and honey, then spread onto a toasted sourdough baguette which is topped with fresh thyme, chopped walnuts, and a drizzle of local honey.

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend together Lifeway Farmer Cheese, Lifeway Pumpkin Spice Kefir, pumpkin puree, honey, dried thyme and black pepper. Whip until smooth.
  2. Add to a bowl, top with fresh thyme, chopped walnuts, and honey. Serve with toasted sourdough baguette. Enjoy!
