- Bottom Layer Ingredients:
- 1 cup fozen raspberries
- 1/2 a fresh banana
- 1 cup Organic Whole Milk Plain Kefir
- Middle Layers:
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Middle Layer:
- low-sugar granola of choice (we like Purely Elizabeth's gluten-free granola)
- Top Layer:
- sliced almonds, chia seeds and flax seeds, and frozen blueberries or strawberries
Directions
- For the bottom layer, in a blender blend together frozen raspberries, 1/2 a fresh banana, and Lifeway Kefir.
- For the middle layers, in a food processor, blend together Lifeway Farmer Cheese and vanilla protein powder until smooth.
- Layer in a serving bowl starting with the frozen raspberry and kefir mixture from step 1, then add 1/2 the farmer cheese mixture from step 2, then add a low-sugar granola, another layer of the farmer cheese mixture, and top with sliced almonds, hemp/chia seeds, and frozen blueberries or strawberries.
