Directions

  1. For the bottom layer, in a blender blend together frozen raspberries, 1/2 a fresh banana, and Lifeway Kefir.
  2. For the middle layers, in a food processor, blend together Lifeway Farmer Cheese and vanilla protein powder until smooth.
  3. Layer in a serving bowl starting with the frozen raspberry and kefir mixture from step 1, then add 1/2 the farmer cheese mixture from step 2, then add a low-sugar granola, another layer of the farmer cheese mixture, and top with sliced almonds, hemp/chia seeds, and frozen blueberries or strawberries.
