- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- For the bowls:
- 7-8oz. rice noodles
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 avocados
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- top with pine nuts and sesame seeds
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse all ingredients for the sauce together until blended.
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package directions.
- Mince herbs and slice all vegetables. Toss everything in a bowl along with sauce and enjoy!
