- 2 sweet potatoes, roasted
- 1 can white beans, rinse
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread and veggies of choice for dipping.
- Top with dried parsley, pepper and everything but the bagel seasoning.
Directions
- Chop sweet potatoes into cubes and toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Roast on 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until soft.
- Once sweet potatoes are roasted, add them to a food processor along with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth
- Top with dried parsley, pepper and everything but the bagel seasoning. Dip with your favorite bread or veggies!
