Ingredients
- 2-4 whole grain plain rice cakes (use 2 regular size or 4 mini size)
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 peach, cut into small slices
- sliced banana for topping
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together farmer cheese, cinnamon, and honey.
- Distribute evenly over the rice cakes with the farmer cheese mixture, then top with blueberries, peach slices, and banana.
