- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp. coconut flour
- 2 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- Optional: pinch of salt, 1-2 drops vanilla or 1/4 tsp. vanilla bean powder
- Garnishes: dark chocolate chips, crushed walnuts, a drizzle of any flavor or Lifeway Kefir
Directions
- Add the farmer cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, and dark cocoa powder to a bowl, then drizzle in the pure maple syrup. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla if using.
